Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of The Passion Table at the-passion-table.anchit-tandon.com. By creating an account, ordering, subscribing or reserving a table, you agree to them.
The service
The Passion Table lets you order freshly-cooked meals for delivery, hold a daily meal subscription, or reserve a table at a participating Eating Joint with an optional pre-order. Meals are prepared by the Eating Joint you choose.
Your account
- You must be able to form a binding contract to use the service.
- Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- Give accurate contact and delivery details — we rely on them to reach you and deliver your food.
- You can delete your account at any time from your account menu.
Orders
An order is a request until the Eating Joint accepts it. A joint may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, the address is outside its delivery area, or it cannot cook safely at that moment. Prices and availability are those shown at the time you order and can change between visits. Food is cooked fresh for each order, so an order that has entered preparation cannot usually be cancelled.
Subscriptions
A subscription delivers your chosen meal on the cadence you select. You may pause, change your selection, or cancel at any time from your account. Changes apply to deliveries not yet in preparation. The daily menu rotates, so the exact dishes available will vary.
Reservations
A reservation is requested and then confirmed by the Eating Joint; it is not held until confirmed. Tables may be released if you arrive significantly late. Pre-ordered food is prepared for your booking, so late cancellations may not be refundable. Preparation times shown in the app are estimates, not guarantees.
Allergies and dietary needs
Food is prepared in shared kitchens that handle common allergens, and we cannot guarantee any dish is free from traces of them. Vegetarian and other labels describe the recipe as intended. If you have an allergy or a medical dietary requirement, tell the Eating Joint directly before ordering or dining in, and do not rely solely on the app.
Payment
Payments are currently in test mode. The checkout runs against a simulated payment provider: every payment is approved, no money is taken and no card details are collected or stored. An order placed today is recorded as a test order and is not a paid order.
Amounts shown are the price of the food as listed; how you actually settle is arranged with the Eating Joint. These terms will be updated before any real payment provider is switched on, and the test-mode notice on the checkout will be removed at the same time.
Acceptable use
- Do not place fraudulent, abusive or automated orders.
- Do not attempt to access accounts, joints or data that are not yours.
- Do not disrupt, probe or overload the service.
- Do not abuse or endanger delivery riders or kitchen staff.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features may change, and parts of the service clearly labelled as previews may change or be withdrawn.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date above shows the current version, and material changes will be signalled in the app before they take effect.
