Is this normal restaurant delivery?
No. The pilot is a fixed-duration meal-continuity service with limited menus, planned kitchen capacity, fixed windows, and a concierge relationship.
Can I customize every meal?
The pilot supports diet paths, hard exclusions, allergies, and spice preference. It intentionally avoids unlimited daily customization because that weakens reliability and economics.
Is cookware included?
No cookware is included free in the base package. Rental, refundable-deposit, or partner-purchase options may be offered after your needs are confirmed.
When is my slot confirmed?
Only after the concierge confirms your exact address, kitchen capacity, menu compatibility, payment, and start date.
Where is the pilot available?
The initial service area is Saket, Hauz Khas, Greater Kailash, and selected adjacent South Delhi pockets. Other areas are evaluated individually.
